Sat. July 17 - Departing from the USA.

Sun. July 18 - Drive to Budapest, a highlights bus tour of the magical city from glorious Heroes Square to dramatic Castle Hill, and romantic Fisherman's Bastion. Time to stroll and enjoy the cafes and shops. Welcome dinner and a glass of wine; night lights tour of the city.

Mon. July 19 - Visit Budapest's famed historic indoor market (built in 1886) featuring all kinds of foods from strudel to paprika and a huge variety of folk crafts for sale. On to the Old Town to sightsee and sample Hungarian pastries and unique ice cream. Shop for folk art, unique jewelry and treasures. Optional folklore performance.

Tues. July 20 - Travel to Slovakia's capital, Bratislava - the only capital city in the world that adjoins two other countries. Bratislava was the capital of the Hungarian Empire for 200 years. Enjoy the charming Old Town from the Town Hall to the Primatial Palace, famed Michael's Gate, Star Square, the National Opera and charming outdoor cafes and fascinating souvenir stalls. Short drive to Straznice, Moravia in the Czech Republic for folk culture at a home wine cellar, meet a famed egg decorator and sample Moravian delights.

Wed. July 21 - On to Golden Prague, "City of a Thousand Spires", famed for its magnificent architecture spanning a thousand years. The Czech Capital on the Vltava River charms all who visit. Guided tour of the Old Town to see famed Orloj Clock, Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter, evening dinner cruise on the river serenaded with Czech folk tunes.

Thurs. July 22 - Visit to ancestral villages or a morning visit to the famed Infant of Prague Church; then free time to shop, sightsee, visit one of Prague's incomparable museums or take in a concert. Dinner in a historic wine cellar, At the Black Sun.

Fri. July 23 - Guided tour of Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, Charles Bridge and the wonderful winding lanes around it. Late afternoon drive through glorious scenery to southern Bohemia and UNESCO Treasure Cesky Krumlov, a magnificent medieval treasure.

Sat. July 24 - Visit grand Krumlov Castle and then explore the old town lanes and shop for antiques or crystal. The Vltava (Moldau) River runs through the heart of the Old Town and when you stand on the historic bridge you can hear Smetana's tone poem in the music. Dine on medieval fare, even daisies in your soup at the historic riverside inn, At the Two Mary's, located right under the gloriously decorated castle tower.

Sun, July 25 - A magical day cruising the castle-studded Wachau Valley in Austria on the Prinz Eugen ship; see verdant vineyards and quaint villages where time has stood still. Visit glorious Melk with its famed monastery and lovely medieval Durnstein with its castle ruins, winding byways, flowers galore and apricot specialties.

Mon. July 26 - Farewell. Depart from Vienna Airport or continue on tour Add On.
